VelFox is a computer services business focused on web platforms that display 3D models in a digital-cadastre context — cemeteries, parks, utility networks, and other spatial assets. We build the web layer: viewer, database, and business logic.
We also develop web GIS systems for field and office use — from mobile data capture to map review in the office. We welcome new projects and long-term partners in surveying and GIS.

SmartAddress HR — address geocoding API
REST API for Croatian address geocoding with full coverage — more than 1,670,000 house addresses from the RPJ/DGU registers. Fuzzy matching, two-phase search, and reverse geocoding for e-commerce, delivery, and real estate.
StreetFix — address and street correction tool
Internal useDesktop application for bulk correction of address data in the cadastre and land registry using the RPJ register. Fuzzy street matching, automatic address pairing, and batch processing of thousands of records. Used internally at a surveying company to clean data before submission to the Croatian State Geodetic Administration (DGU).
QGIS plugin — cadastral data management
Internal useCustom QGIS plugin for automatic loading, structuring, and visualization of cadastral and land registry data directly from a PostgreSQL database. Built for internal use at a surveying company — replaces hours of manual work with a single click.
DOF Analyzer — ML classification of orthophotos
Internal useTool for automatic classification of objects on digital orthophotos (DOF) using a Random Forest algorithm. The trained model achieves 88.7% accuracy in recognizing land-cover categories without manual digitization.
Cadastre and land registry integration
Internal useAutomated Python application for synchronizing and reconciling data between cadastral and land registry databases. Resolves ownership, address, and geometry discrepancies and prepares data for submission to the DGU in the required format.
